Making Spiritual Connections
by Pat Bragg
We all have ways of connecting with our spiritual part. Mine is mainly through nature and I had the chance this summer to immerse myself in our magnificent northern environment on a rafting trip on the Snake River, up near the Arctic Circle. No phone, no internet- but time to think, feel and just be. I came back full of renewed life, feeling younger and so much more able to cope with our challenging times. Come along on my journey through a 15 minute slide show and then you can join a small group to discuss how you connect with your spiritual part. Remember, we connect through our similarities, and we grow through our differences.
