This video shows how much enjoyment we get from running in a group. I started this running group so that women of all ages could learn to run, and continue running, in a friendly, supportive and non-intimidating environment.
I didn't start running until my mid-forties when I became hooked on the health benefits and joy of the sport. I have since run many half-marathons and marathons and intend to continue to do so until I drop.
