The Festival for cinema as art and art as cinema will take place in Cologne and Bonn in Germany from October 28 to November 1 2009. The new festival trailer includes an extract of the 2007 competition film "EPIGENETIK" by the filmmakers Nicolette Krebitz and Jonas Weber Herrera.
