The Blue Hour, (from the French expression l'heure bleue) is the period of twilight each morning and evening where there is neither full daylight nor complete darkness.
The time is considered special because of the quality of the light, the name also refers to a special kind of blue for photographers.
It is the time when day birds are not yet awake and night birds have gone to sleep... a certain sound of silence.
The Blue Hour will be painted by 21 talented artists from around the world :
