For the past four years, the 27-year-old artist has called New York home. But fragments of her home country can still be seen in her artwork.
Recently, she was able to contribute her aesthetic to a children's book titled Phenegher Strump and the Bug Hall Ball. Illustrated by Smail, the book was written by Anthony Crane and recently made its debut at the Bologna Children's Book Fair in Italy.
