TyC Sports - Tokyo 2020 - Facundo Conte

Every four (or five) years the world comes together in the spirit of friendly competition in hopes of building a better and more peaceful world. For the delayed 2020 Tokyo Olympics, we teamed up with Argentina’s TyC Sports to create 5 spots based on interviews we did with Argentine Olympics athletes. They spoke about the added challenges to the already intimidating competition at the world’s highest level caused by training during quarantine in a global pandemic. We are still inspired by their bravery and dedication.

Volleyball

Facundo Conte represents Argentina in the men’s volleyball team. He shared with us his fears that the world would never return to normal while he was training in quarantine. Our admittedly minor quarantine challenge was filming the athletes with a minimal crew and remote directing one from the other side of the world.
