James Cramer is the lead singer and songwriter for Irish roots/folk band “Tupelo”, an exciting, original, acoustic roots act consisting of an eclectic line-up of instruments which includes banjo, guitar, fiddle, double bass, mandolin, harmonica and dobro.
James is also a prolific songwriter with a distinctive voice. The release of his solo project came about from a love of poetry and a random book selection at a local library. Combining the poems of Fermanagh World War 2 veteran, Matt Duggan, with his own musical arrangements, James has created a contemporary album to bring Matt’s poetry to a wider audience.
The video is the work of Dublin filmmaker, Jamie Tanner; Director, D.O.P., Camera Operator & Editor. The location for the video was Henrietta Street, Dublin (a big thank you to Suzy Renwick, Location Scout extraordinaire!) and the time lapses were filmed in the Wicklow Mountains.
