Some say it's all about the Benjamins, while others are busy chasing that cheddar. Whether you're after that scratch, coin, moulah, or dough, I'm sure we could all use a little more of it...money that is. Picking up where we left off with our first international unified theme, this CreativeMornings is tackling the theme of "Money" brought to you by Squarespace. This month, over 5,000 attendees met up at CreativeMornings events on six continents to hear speakers share their thoughts on gettin' paid. Money's scarce, and so were tickets for this intimate CreativeMornings as we talked about monetizing your passion. You brought your stacks, came on down and helped us make it rain.
Dave Arnold is a Montreal-based visual artist that is known for his irreverent perspective and unique Pop-Art aesthetic which combines a modern sensibility with a penchant for nostalgia. Arnold is obsessed with executing the perfect line as he is with augmenting the charm of imperfection.
Mr. Sign was launched in late 2009 in response to the widespread appreciation that gallery patrons and art buyers had voiced for Dave Arnold's uncannily precise paintings, combined with their desire to have Arnold adorn their own businesses with his signature style. As such, Mr. Sign has gone on to provide premium interior and exterior painting services to a range of established retailers and restaurants in the Montreal area. Combining his love of all things antiquated with the pre-existing visual characteristics of his clients' brands, Arnold has been able to provide commercial spaces with unique hand painted signage and other artistic details that enrich environments, captivate consumers and drive business.

A big thank you to GAPC (gapc.com) for filming and editing and Magpie Jewellery (ww.magpiejewellery.com) for being our main sponsors. Our cosy and friendly venue for this talk was the Hintonburg Public House. A big thanks to this local watering hole where everyone is welcome to enjoy high quality micro brews, wine and food at an affordable price. The menu is an exciting rendition of traditional pub fare and comfort food all made in house from scratch using local ingredients. With a cozy atmosphere, fun events and easy going staff the HPH is the type of place you will feel right at home.
