The Nullarbor is an iconic region of South Australia, remote yet accessible. One of it's magical wonders arrives between May and October each year with the annual whale migration to Head of Bight. You can watch these majestic creatures from the cliff tops as they play only 50-100m or so off shore.
The scenery throughout all of the Nullarbor is also spectacular, for it's shear cliffs and seemingly barren landscapes have a majesty all of their own. Take a scenic flight over the cliffs and whales for a truly unique perspective on this landscape.
Nullarbor National Park is approximately 1300km east of Perth (capital city of Western Australia), and 1200km west of Adelaide (capital city of South Australia). The nearest town with domestic air travel access is Ceduna on the western side of the Eyre Peninsula, which is still approximately 300km from Nullarbor Roadhouse along the Eyre Highway.
