Ken Rembert is the owner of The Bagel Bakery in Gainesville, Florida. His restaurant serves a variety of breakfast and lunch items made on site every day. In this video, shot on April 12, 2013, Rembert explains the steps Nick Makris and Carl Renshaw, The Bagel Bakery employees, follow in order to make the bagels at his restaurant. Makris starts by preparing the dough used for the bagels and later places pieces of the dough in a bagel-forming machine. Renshaw then puts those bagels in the oven and keeps an eye on them so that they don't burn.
