Here is a quick morning routine to make you feel better in every way.
There are two sets of exercises shown in the video. The first is the Surya Namaskara A and at 1:37 they start the Surya Namaskara B. While doing the exercises remember to breathe deeply through the nose, keep your muscles active and eyes open, relaxation comes after :)
