Was riding southbound on Alaskan Way and got "nudged" by a truck between it and the temporary construction fence (between Yesler Way and Main St). Driver had limited visibility since (1) they had plywood covering their back window and (2) I was riding in their blind spot. I'll give the driver the benefit of the doubt.
I would have gotten behind the vehicle if I knew the fence was so close to the shoulder of the road. The rest of the fencing is farther away and provides ample room to go by cars (that are sitting there stuck in traffic congestion).
