My morning song featuring crows and seagulls. 4-26-2013.
The crows and seagulls make plenty of noise every morning in my neighborhood, Central District, Seattle city. The birds love to sit on rooftops and powerlines, but their favorite hang out spot is the huge black walnut tree. One morning the large horde of crows seemed to be crowing AT me. I took this as an invitation to collaborate on some music. When the weather is nice and our windows are open, I'm sure the birds hear me jamming out regularly. So we had a jam session this time, dub or rocksteady inspired morning music with crows, seagulls and a few other birds MCing over the riddim. Or rather, bird samples loaded into Hydrogen drum machine with the QuNeo connected to it. Made on AV Linux 6.0.
This song/video is dedicated to:
birds, crows, seagulls, walnut trees, espresso latte, linux audio software developers, linux video software developers, showers in the morning, sunrise, good weather in Seattle, and morning people that rise at the break of dawn regularly.
