Hoots at Sea Level is a social documentary following 5 young Americans as they discover the "Last Frontier" that is Alaska. The footage is a commentary of the triumphs, sufferings, and rituals that describe Alaska better than stupid books. The setting of the film hovers in and around Juneau, Alaska and references such great Alaskan events such as the Juneau Cup and the soon-to-be internet craze, "elevator spinning".
Total run time: 42 minutes.
