The concept is the idea of 'through the looking glass', an Alice in Wonderland inspired direction. The title "I'm not through" refers to a breakup. I took that quite literally making the eyes of the viewer look permanently through a sort of tunnel that they're trapped in and in turn making them see the breakup. Everything is seen through the tunnel. To emphasis the trauma and ill feeling emotions that often come with a breakup, I added a kaleidoscope into the tunnel to give that kinda of Alice in Wonderland unreal, psychedelic drug kind of effect. I felt the song sounded like a journey just through the melody but also through the lyrics, which I interpreted into the whole music video.
