Tauren Marine - Modeled in Blender, UV's in Headus UVLayout, textured in PS, sculpting in Zbrush and rendered in Vray. Design by Sam "Samwise" Didier.
Hydralisk - Modeled in Blender. Sculpting in Sculptris and Zbrush. UV's in Headus UVLayout. PS for textures. Rendered in Cycles. Design based on artwork by Blizzard.
Quadbots (the robots from Tears of Steel) - Made in Blender and Gimp. Rendered in Cycles.
Viking (Mech) - Design by Blizzard, based on the game StarCraft2. Same as above: Blender, UVLayout, PS, Zbrush and rendered in Cycles.
Dragon - Modeled in Silo, sculpting in Zbrush, textured in PS and rendered in Vray.
Shark - Modeled in Blender, sculpting in Zbrush, textured in PS and rendered in Blender Internal.
