Aaron has choreographed live shows, videos & tours for artists including Kylie Minogue, FKA twigs, Nike x Nowness, Robbie Williams, George Michael, Leona Lewis, Stereophonics, Mark Owen, Tomorrow's World, Kele Okereke (Bloc Party), Vaults, Polyna, Emma Bunton, Marina & The Diamonds, Wet Wipez & Rae Morris.
He choreographed Matthew Stone's 'Everything Is Possible' for Channel 4's Random Acts & the accompanying fashion story for i-D magazine's 'Just Kids' issue.
Aaron was assistant choreographer to Javier De Frutos for the performance of his award-winning show 'Cabaret' at the 2013 Olivier Awards starring Will Young & also at the MTV EMA's 2011, working with Jessie J, David Guetta & Ludacris.
He has been a long term assistant to Michael Rooney for Kylie Minogue on 'X' & 'Showgirl: Homecoming World Tours'; 'Wow' at the 2008 Brit Awards & Kylie's H&M swimwear launch in Shanghai. Michael & Aaron also worked on a Halifax advert together in Johannesburg, as well as Kenneth Branagh's 'Ducktastic'.
For 'So You Think You Can Dance' series two, Aaron assisted Tyce Diorio & Mandy Moore on various routines throughout the series.
Aaron continues to teach masterclasses worldwide & was part of the original 'Can You Dance?' judging team alongside 'So You Think You Can Dance' winner Matt Flint & finalist Tom Shilcock, 'Got To Dance' winner Lukas McFarlane & 'The Voice' winner Leanne Mitchell.
As a Movement Director, Aaron has worked on fashion shoots alongside photographers Nick Knight, William Baker, Tomas Falmer, Paul Scala & Philip Riches for magazines i-D & Attitude.
Winner of the 2008 'Times Breakthrough Artist' at the Southbank Show Awards.
Aaron performed Ithaka with Ivan Putrov & Elena Glurdjidze in the world premiere of Men In Motion at Sadler's Wells & later danced Russell Maliphant's 2x2 (with Putrov) in Moscow & Italy (Ravenna Festival) for Men In Motion on tour. He also premiered a new duet at the Ravenna Festival, 'I was BEAT, incomplete', which he co-choreographed & performed with Simon Williams (Michael Clark Company, Matthew Bourne's 'New Adventures').
He created & later revived the role of Leo in Pet Shop Boys' award-winning show'The Most Incredible Thing', premiering at Sadler's Wells (2011). The show won the 2011 Evening Standard Theatre Award.
Working closely with Matthew Bourne's 'New Adventures' company for many years, he created the role of Basil in 'Dorian Gray' - a role which won him the 'Times Breakthrough Artist' at the Southbank Show Awards & earned him a nomination for the 'Spotlight Award: Modern Male' Critics' Circle National Dance Awards 2008, as well as dancing many roles including the Prince in 'Swan Lake', Angelo in 'The Car Man' & Prince Bon Bon in 'Nutcracker!'.
Aaron appeared in the world premiere of 'Shoes' & 'Eternal Damnation To Sancho and Sanchez' at Sadler's Wells/European tour; 'Viva La Diva' UK tour with Darcey Bussell & Katherine Jenkins as well as the original London cast of Twyla Tharp's 'Movin’ Out' at the Victoria Apollo.
Aaron has performed with some of the biggest artists worldwide: Céline Dion, Rihanna, Jay-Z, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Mariah Carey, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, One Direction, Carly Rae Jepsen, Take That, Cheryl Cole, Nicole Scherzinger, Lily Allen, Goldfrapp, Tom Vek, Seal, Fatboy Slim, Tinie Tempah & Michael Bublé.
For the 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony, Aaron had the role of dance captain, which entailed the responsibility of looking after 4,100 volunteers & professionals, as well as working alongside all the headlining artists. The event was watched by over 750 million people worldwide. He also danced in the 2012 Paralympics Closing Ceremony with Coldplay, Jay-Z & Rihanna, and worked alongside the disabled dance company CanDoCo.
