This is last of 3 WODs in 5 hours. This is a WOD which one guy one girl start inside and the other two start outside. The group outside runs 1200m with 400m being a sandbag run. The group on the inside does 3 rds of 21 kettlebell swings 12 pull-ups. Once both guys/girls are finished, they switch and the person outside does the inside exercise, vice versa for the person doing the inside exercise goes outside. The WOD finishes when every player touches the ball together after finishing both inside and outside tasks.
