A performance-film collaboration between director Gregor Nicholas and legendary New Zealand music-performance group From Scratch. The group performs with large custom-built PVC slaptube percussion stations, vocals and drones to create a variety of strictly non-electronic sounds in a performance part sculptural, part music, part ritual.
Followed later, in 1994, by nuclear protest work, Pacific 3,2,1,Zero (part 1), both Nicholas directed movies went on to win international awards.
