“The Adaptability of the Satir Model in the Middle East”
Dalia will be sharing her views about how effective the Virginia Satir model is in working with Middle Eastern cultures and how it can also be successfully incorporated in the EFT model.
Dalia Sheiha is an Egyptian certified Marriage and Family Therapist practicing and living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dalia is passionate about helping couples, families and individuals overcome their emotional problems, behavioural issues and relationship crisis. Since Dubai is a melting pot with more than two hundred different nationalities, Dalia fortunately gets to work with clients from all over the world. She is also a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFT) and Supervisor Candidate. She is bilingual and works with her clients in both English and Arabic language.
