Single Channel Video Installation (with 600 tiny plastic horses)
This piece premiered as part of a solo show at the Chicago Project Room in Chicago, IL. The Secret History involves a white 9" monitor and VHS deck
situated on the floor of the gallery playing an 8:00 minute "horse" tape (a loop of horses frolicking in the pasture). 600 tiny plastic horses are spread across the floor in front of the monitor. A "life size" (wall to wall and floor to ceiling) version of this "horse" is projected against the opposite wall. This piecewas included in a show at the Cheekwood Museum of Art in Nashville TN.
