posing on May 10th, 2013. I'm at 210.8 lbs in this vid. Finally starting to see some muscle separation, but not a whole lot. Gotta get back on track with the weight loss. I stalled on weight loss, so I decided to try adding muscle for a month. My bodyweight stayed the same but I look bigger and slightly leaner. I know i gotta get back on the weight loss though.
Still trying to see how i can hit a front double biceps and front lat spread properly in front of this webcam. I always look crooked when I hit those poses in from of this webcam for some reason.
