This video is from a landscape photography course through the Queenstown Centre for Creative Photography I took part in over 4 days in April 2013. I brought along my slider and monopod in order to shoot video at the same time. It was a perfect time of the year, in the last couple of weeks of Autumn before the leaves all fell.
Locations were around the Queenstown area, including Arrowtown, Macetown, Skippers Canyon, Paradise, and Glenorchy.
I used a Canon 5D mk3 along with a 35mm 1.4 L, 70-200mm 2.8 IS L, 16-35mm 2.8 L, 24-105mm f4 IS L, and 85mm 1.2 L lenses. There has been no Photoshop on the images, with just a small amount of work in Lightroom for levels and contrast. Video was edited in Premiere Pro and After Effects, using Magic Bullet looks for grading, and Twixtor for some of the time effects.
