In 2011, PG&E engaged Imprenta to educate the APA community about the many benefits of Smart Meter Technology. PG&E faced widespread resistance to its deployment of Smart Meters throughout Northern California.
As APAs are a large part of the Bay Area, Imprenta devised a comprehensive strategy to win widespread support among APAs throughout Northern California. Specifically, Imprenta designed and produced print ads, Chinese-language TV ads, and direct pieces targeting APA customers. At the core of Imprenta's strategy was using recognizable APA community leaders in the various ads and collaterals pieces we develop for this effort -- this gave us instant credibility.
