"Nourishment" follows Chef Josh Blumenthal from Vancouver's Wildebeest restaurant as he visits a local heritage breed farm then prepares a spring inspired dish featuring fresh farm eggs and a wild nettle pesto. As he prepares the dish we hear Josh's musings on why he is a chef, and how nourishment isn't just about eating, it's a way of life. The film also features the music of Canadian jazz impresario Bill Coon.
