This is a short documentary film about two exiled journalists seeking asylum in Glasgow in Scotland.
Alieu Ceesay from Gambia and Charles Atangana from Cameroon both experienced arrest and torture because of their critical reporting. Seeking asylum in the UK is another challenge for them. But the fear of deportation does not hold them back.
Frederik Subei, at that time a student journalist, has been arrested for filming a protest at Glasgow airport. Desillusioned by the freedom of press in the UK he finds out more about the two exiled journalists and their hardship.
The film has been shown at the Document 10 Human Rights Film Festival in Glasgow in 2012.
