At Light+Building 2010 Philips visualizes the importance of light for the human wellbeing. A 260 m long “light wave” takes the topic “Feel what light can do” into the third dimension. With choreography of sound installations, different illuminated color hues and visual atmospheres the fabric membrane embraces the whole hall. The heart of the stand is the information booth from where the “light wave” mediatecture innervates the stand with the visitors that pass through. Three topic areas deal with different contents. Rest areas with hornbeams create a relaxing atmosphere that provides a space to experience the medium of emotion: light.
