This is a short film about two men in gunfight, but all is not as it seems.
This was a test in telling an action-based story in one-minute or less. This was a six-day endeavor from writing to post production. Writing and pre-production took three days. It was shot in one day on the Sony FS100. Practical lighting was done by me. Editing, sound design and FX were completed in two days. The FX were a combination of computer generated and practical. A fog machine was used to create atmospherics and torn cardboard mixed with all-purpose flour was used in combination with After Effects, dust and particle effects. Muzzle flashes were created in After Effects. Gun and some foley SFX were purchased from a royalty-free site, others were used from Soundtrack Pro's royalty-free library. This project was edited in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
