Start at first cone with right foot forward. Begin a shuffle to the second cone keeping your right foot forward and return moving backward still keeping your right foot forward. Transition and repeat with the left foot forward. Transition at the first cone to a side shuffle, move to the second cone and back. Lastly, transition to carioca at the first cone, move to the second cone and return. If able, perform all 4 moves without pausing. Repeat the whole sequence a minimum of three times either back to back or with the appropriate rest periods in between.
