Based on my own experiences growing up with Tourette's Syndrome, "Phil the Phoenix" is the story of a boy named Phil, who has a very unique form of Tourette's: at random, he turns into a fiery Phoenix and explodes! And as a pile of ashes forms, he pops out of them back into his human form again. Sadly, the whole town around him hates him for this, but when a crisis unfolds, they find out that Phil might be the only one who can save the day...
