openFrameworks app which tracks clouds from timelapse footage and uses them to play ambient music. clouds trigger notes on overlayed grid which outputs MIDI to microKORG to play synthesizer patch to make music = clouds making music! the columns in the grid are harmonics of the different tones, which comprise the rows of the grid. the brightness of the grid corresponds to the size of the cloud in the grid and controls the velocity of the note. the clouds are outlined in cyan, and bounding box in pink. first version of it. thanks to todd for code help and scott for some really wonderful chord suggestions.
