Max Jenke’s Endeavor Design in Vancouver has made its mark in the sports world with snowboarding-themed products that reach some 30 countries. Designing and bringing snowboards and facemasks to market for direct sales in North America and distribution abroad, he’s now also licensing a Swedish line of outerwear and sees great potential for all three of his brands in the U.S.

To maintain the company’s profitability, ensure continued growth and make further inroads in the promising market to the south, Max has identified what’s required: strong time management, the right sales team and an effective marketing plan.
