After 18 months intensive work it is finally time for the chalmerists to take Halo, their solar energy powered house, to China. On the 29th of April the final nail was driven into the house, which is now being dismantled and packed in containers for its ocean voyage to Datong in May 2013.

The purpose of the Solar Decathlon competition:
