ChicagoMicro Interview Series: Daliah Saper - Prinicipal, Saper Law
I am here with the incredible, amazing, and super smart Daliah Saper. I guess I should actually say something before we go on with this interview -- I am actually a client.
So, Daliah, tell me the history of Saper Law because in a few short years you have really made your mark on the Chicago community.
Saper Law started in 2005, not long after you started ChicagoMicro. Julian has the distinct honor of being one of the few people who saw my first original crappy office on Wabash. He believed in me then so I grew the firm alongside ChicagoMicro. I attended I think the first or second TED cocktail with a cardboard box. I think the scene just grew up around us, and we were in the right place at the right time and we got it, and were entrepreneurs too.
I have to tell you that you are absolutely making a mark here -- not just in Chicago, nationwide. As I'm sure you know you can see Daliah on Fox News, CNN, all over the world. So, what kind of services does Daliah Saper Law provide to startup companies and companies in general at this point?
Sure, well we're an IP, media, and business law firm. So, we handle both transactional litigation aspects of business, commercial fill in the blank. With startups we help them incorporate, draft their partnership agreements, licensing deals, and you know filing trademarks and protecting their IP copyrights. And on the litigation end we handle a lot of interesting social media internet law and commercial litigation theft cases.
So, if people want to find out more information about your firm where do they go?
