João Pedro Falcão de Campos was born in 1961, in Lisbon, and in 1984 he graduated in architecture from FA-UTL (Faculty of Architecture - Technical University of Lisbon).
In 1984, he did an internship, under IASTE, in the Faculty of Architecture of Krakow, in Poland. After, between 1985 and 1986, he worked in Switzerland and Italy, respectively with the architect Jean Gerard Giorla and with the architect Anna Maria Linty.
Back to Portugal, in 1987, he opened his own architectural office.
Since 1993, his offce collaborated as an associated office with the architect Álvaro Siza Vieira and the architect Gonçalo Byrne.
Since 2004, he is an Invited Professor, responsible for the course Project III, of the Architecture Master, in Instituto Superior Técnico - Technical University of Lisbon, and, since 2010, is also an Invited Professor of the Architecture Master, in Universidad de Navarra, in Pamplona.
