MANAGING SHOOTING LINE IN SPEY CASTING
Most of us love to cast long. But long casts involve shooting and stripping back some lines that often cause problems with tangles, snagging on rocks or branches, strong currents and stepping on the line.
Recently, I purchased this Stripper Clip and it was the best gadget I have seen for managing shooting line. This gadget easily manage 20'-30' or more shooting line and release it cleanly without any tangle whatsoever. Even though I mount the clip on my left side, I don't have any problem at all casting Single Spey, Double Spey, Snake Roll and Snap T with right or left hand up. It always releases the line cleanly.
This Stripper Clip also preserves my fly line as it prevents it from accidental damage due to being trampled on, abrasion against rocks, snagging to branches and getting dirty.
