You will need these Ingredients:
- 3 to 5 pounds of 1 to 1 and a half inch cubed boneless lamb
- 1/4 cup of canned tomato sauce or tomato paste
- 2 cups of red wine
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup of peeled pearl onions, half red and half white
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 10 fresh rosemary leaves
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
