Can we make every moment positive in our lives? We all encounter difficult people, unpleasant situations, and life challenges. How can we take the possibly "negative" experiences and turn them around into something good? In this video, I share a story about my own meditation practice and the challenges I have with sitting quietly each morning letting go of and releasing thought.
