Body Beast Tempo Back and Biceps! Love the tempo exercises! Back & Biceps is a lot of fun. My biceps got down to garden snake status but they are starting to make a comeback :) Doing the wide grip EZ-Bar curls with 40lbs. 6 seconds up, 6 seconds down for each rep. 15 reps on the first set, 12 on the next, 8 on the last. Tempo is KEY to success!
What I have been able to do with clean eating and working out consistently to alleviate some of the difficulties I face with MS, was been a tremendous improvement. There is a lot we can do to keep fighting MS and there are no excuses not to with the amount of progress that is being done in MS research.
I can't imagine what life would be like without my Beachbody workouts and my Shakeology.
