I've spend the last day or so tracking down all my animations, from student work to intern animation tests, it's funny how you can compress your life in the past 3 years in just about 5 min... from the legendary bouncing ball to full character performances and back again to bouncing ball because i did not learn it well enough.
The shots are in order of creation, but keep in mind that i did not finish them in the same order, some where done simultaneously and most times i had to go back into them and continue working on them, others where never finished, i just knew i had learned my mistakes from those and had to keep moving forward with new animation.
It's great to look back and see the ideas behind some of the shots and all the mistakes i made in most of them. Somebody said, it takes a lot of crapy animation tests to get one or two good enough! i couldn't agree more.
Animation is hard and a never ending learning process, i still have a long way to go but i'm loving every minute of it!
Thanks to my family, friends and mentors that had encouraged me to continue on this path...
