Patty is an accomplished Nike Inc. executive with over 25 years experience in leading and developing culturally diverse teams, creating efficient and scalable business models and leading game changing initiatives. She has an Advanced Management Graduate degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors of Science degree from Portland State University.
Patty has extensive executive training accreditations, including an executive coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. She also recently received a professional certified coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
In addition to her professional affiliations, Patty is the Executive Sponsor of the Women of Nike Network in addition to serving as the Executive Owner responsible for Nikes Product Creation Organizational Talent Planning pipeline.
As part of her community affiliations, Patty is a Diversity and Inclusion certified training professional, a Senior Advisor for the Womens Center for Applied Leadership and volunteers at SEI (Self Enhancement Inc) in Portland, OR.
Life outside of Nike: Spending time with husband Dave, dog Molly and their many nieces & nephews; being physically active (running, biking, hiking, golf and yoga) both in Portland and vacation home in Scottsdale, AZ; enjoy sports, reading, traveling, the arts and volunteer work.
