This is a short documentary about how the global water crisis can be fixed with a little technology, and a whole lot of soul. H2OpenDoors installed two SunSpring water purification systems in Northern Thailand in February 2013. A project of the Rotary Clubs of Redwood City, H2OpenDoors also integrates our local high school students in the study and analysis, awarding the best performers a position on the installation team.
SunSprings can be installed anywhere on the planet, and don't require fuel or electricity. These self-contained "mini-municipal" water plants purify over 19,000 liters every day, allowing villages and schools to start a social business for significant revenue, transforming the lives of some of the poorest on Earth.
This streaming version is at 720p. For the 1080p presentation for theaters and large televisions, DVD's are available at H2OpenDoors.org starting in July of 2013.
