What do you do if you're stuck to sitting next to someone on a plane who won't stop talking? When I was asked to create a music film clip for Melbourne music collaboration project Tidy Towns, my instinct was to create a documentary instead. The song was written in exchange for a scarf by clothingforcorrespondence.com composed by Peter Head and sung by Evelyn Morris (aka Pikelet) and is based on a true story about being stuck next to an overly chatty guy on a plane flight from Melbourne to Sydney. So I went to Melbourne's aircraft viewing area to ask plane spotters what their thoughts are on plane etiquette. The result is part documentary, part music video. I'm calling it a musomentary.
