On Wednesday 22nd May we launched the findings of our annual research programme at the RSA in London. 'DMI 2013 - creating true customer-centred services' looks at the opportunities and challenges that digital transformation presents based on the views of over 200 business leaders and 200 consumers. Transform's MD, Emma Robertson, was joined on the stage by Siobhan Fitzpatrick - Homebase, Sarah Hicks - Santander and Jonathan Carr- West - Local Government Information Unit, each discussing the customer experience from their own unique perspectives.
