I worked on the goal of achieving a pull up for months with my trainer and a few days before my 52nd birthday, I finally reached my goal. Here is a video of me doing a pull up on my birthday. We can do anything we set our minds to if we are willing to work hard for it. Now I do about half a dozen pull ups a day, basically every time I walk by the pull up bar. Not in a row mind you, but I am working on being able to do more than one at a time.
