Should say Copyright 2009 not 2008.
Shot this a few days before I left home to go back to college....trying to get sort of an "end of the summer" thing with the sunset and the music....but it was mainly a test of the camera and of my 1080p workflow (had been shooting mostly 720p.) I shot video rather than using photos to be more true to the camera as a video camera (thus showing it's capabilities in this regard), to test my workflow, and because I didn't have a remote shutter or an intervalometer.
For those impatient with the somewhat slow (and drawn out) timelapse, there is a faster version further into the video, and a backwards version as well...just for fun.
Specs are at beginning of video but here they are again:
1080/24p (pulldown removed with Compressor)
Lumix G Vario 14-140mm f/4-f/5.8 (@ 140mm, f/14, 0.9 [3 stop] ND filter.)
Shutter speed 1/60, ISO 100.
17 minutes (most of it after the sun went down...look at the clouds and the shadows and the outlines of the mountains...thats why I kept it running...more interesting moving fast.)
Music: Till Kingdom Come by Coldplay (hidden track, X&Y.)
Sorry for long description on such a simple video, I do it so you don't have any questions left to ask in comments and can focus on talking about how much you liked it :P
