(This video continues on the documenting of a rescued litter of originally 3, 1 week old hoglets - Part3)
We are being asked about the progress of the litter of two hoglets here at Willows Hedgehog Rescue now so here is another short video. They are feeding a lot better now, infact as the title suggests they are now very keen for their food guzzling it down which is easier than having to coax them to feed. On the flip side you do have to monitor that they don't over eat.
As can be seen in the video update, although not exactly stable on their legs they are a lot more mobile now and are starting to like to explore their surroundings. At the moment they are still blind & deaf and their eyes will open at around 12-14 days. At that stage they will start to have some solid food blended into their milk replacer with the milk replacer content being reduced slowly until they are fully weaned..
