Gladly hooking up with a great bunch of people at Spov to work on my first computer game, Call of Duty; MW3.
Having not worked on load movies or UI stuff before I wasn't sure if my skills and experience would hinder me, but assured by the boss that I need only know C4d, AFX and be prepared to come to work in a gilly suit and full camo, I leapt at the chance.

Given 2 scripts and a computer and told to get on with it... It was a real team effort. A lot of design and look of the UI stuff had already been set up by the time I got there, it was more about telling your story how you see fit and utilising the other elements around it.
