Jerome Vassia, who is also a professional drifter and the organiser of the French Drift Championship, came to Round 3 of the Monster Energy King of Europe Drift ProSeries in Spain, Castelloli with his supercharged Ford Mustang, as he did in France one week before.
Jerome had a few good qualifying runs, and he was 9th after this session, leaving him to compete against argentinian driver Roberto Gallo in the Top32. After two battles, Jerome was deemed to be the winner and he was moving on to Top16, where he was going to meet Norbert Kovacik. They had battled before in France, just one week before, and Jerome won after Norbert made a fatal mistake and ran of course into the gravel pit. The stakes were high, the battle was very tight, and the judges needed 4 runs to decide on a winner. In the end, Jerome lost by just 1 point.
For sure you will see many Jerome stepping up his game in the near future, as he will attend more King of Europe events.
