Rhapsody for the Revolution is a story about a disenchanted young lady named Genevieve whose tedious job as art director at an ad agency seems bereft of any excitement let alone romance . But then Genevieve's life changes dramatically when she comes upon a book from her past – back when she was a romantic anarchist. At the same time she keeps running into a mysterious young man, Julio, who, unknown to her is both the author of the book and the love of her life. Cultural differences and Genevieve's resistance towards love keep them from coming together....that is until the truth about the book is revealed.
The film features quotes from the book Days fo War, Nights of Love, an anarchist philosphy book by the Crimethinc. Ex-Worker's Collective. It also features vibrators, creepy old men, advertisement slogans about kid themed toilet paper, and true love.
